Webmech was founded by engineers and is run by engineers. That shapes how we plan, allocate resources and execute every project. That plays out in the day-to-day discipline of building, managing and refurbishing bulk storage assets across the globe.
Pre-tender
Decision-making under pressure.
Before we commit to a tender, the project goes through a structured risk evaluation: scope viability, technical complexity, site access, programme fit against current load, environmental and safety considerations, and the second-order consequences of taking the work on. The output is a documented go/no-go that the project team is held to during execution.
What this gets you: fewer mid-project surprises, fewer change orders driven by avoidable risk, and a cleaner relationship with the client when the inevitable real surprises show up.
On site
Accountability that doesn't move.
Every project carries a defined management structure on site. The Construction Manager owns overall project performance and schedule. The HSE Officer owns safety. The QC Inspector owns quality.
Quality
How we protect quality.
ISO 9001:2015 is the framework we use to make sure every deliverable, from weld test certificates to the final hydrotest pack, has an audit trail. QCPs manage quality progressively. Document Control protects revision integrity. Our RAIDD log keeps the team informed in real time.
The practical test: when an auditor or insurer asks "show me the records for tank 7's floor plate replacement," we can.
